Eclipse International And Eastman House Donate Mattresses to Beds For Kids
In a move to help children get a better night’s sleep, Eclipse International and Eastman House, partnering with ticking and flame barrier supplier Precision Textiles, recently donated 212 mattress sets to Beds for Kids, a Charlotte, N.C.-based non-profit group that provides beds to children whose families are in need. Precision Textiles donated pillows and provided transportation of the donation.
Beds for Kids works with thousands of families each year, and since 2011, the organization has delivered 5,737 beds and 51,719 pieces of furniture to families who use pallets of blankets as beds each night. Without the support from donors, Beds for Kids would be unable to continue its mission of delivering mattresses and home furnishings to those in need.
